On the Cap Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic is the first stage of the ten year development plan by Donald Trump. An extensive and luxurious golf, beach and estate community known as Farallon Estates has been launched this spring.
The first stage will incorporate 68 estates which will be set atop Punta Espada Farallon, a stunning cliff that overlooks beautiful Cap Cana with its stunning beaches, golf courses, casinos and hotels. Parcels of land will extend from between one and a half to 6 acres. The community itself will include three Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, an inland marina, country clubs, hotels, exclusive shopping and award winning restaurants.
Adjacent to the Punta Cana International Airport makes the resort easily accessible for residents and guests. Home owners will enjoy a special membership to a variety of clubs and amenities within Cap Cana. Donald Trump has expressed his excitement at the building of Farallon Estates, one of the reasons being the unique destination in the Caribbean. He has no doubt that Farallon Estates will become one of the world’s great destinations.
At the completion of the master plan, Cap Cana will feature more than 5,000 residential units and at least four luxury hotels. The marina will feature 1,000 slips which cater to yachts of up to 150 feet. Additional services and amenities include elegant boutiques, fine dining restaurants, world class spas, exclusive membership clubs, water sports, polo and horseback riding to name just a few.
